How this site works, how your information is handled, and how the platform is funded.
By using this Site, you acknowledge that ArtesiaCannabis.Clinic is designed for individuals eligible under New Mexico's medical cannabis program, established by the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act (NMSA 1978, Chapter 26, Article 2B). Cannabis is a Schedule I substance under the United States Controlled Substances Act. Transporting cannabis across state lines constitutes a federal offense.
All photographs and images on this website are AI-generated. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental. No real individual has consented to or is affiliated with the imagery used on this Site. Images are used for illustrative purposes only.
Important: The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Do not use this Site for medical emergencies — call 911 immediately.
ArtesiaCannabis.Clinic is not a medical provider. All clinical services are provided solely by independent New Mexico-licensed practitioners responsible for their own professional conduct and compliance with the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act and applicable New Mexico Department of Health regulations.
Medical cannabis may not be appropriate for all individuals. An evaluation by a New Mexico-licensed practitioner is required to determine whether your condition qualifies. Discuss all risks with your physician before beginning any new treatment. Any general information about symptoms or conditions on this Site reflects topics patients commonly raise with a physician — it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for your own evaluation.
Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law regardless of New Mexico state authorization. Use may affect federal employment, housing assistance, firearms ownership, immigration status, and military service. Health insurance does not cover medical cannabis costs. A practitioner certification alone does not authorize a purchase — enrollment through the New Mexico Department of Health's Medical Cannabis Program is required. For current program details visit the New Mexico Medical Cannabis Program.
ArtesiaCannabis.Clinic is an information and marketing website. We may receive compensation from New Mexico-licensed practitioners and telehealth booking services for advertising and marketing services. Such compensation is not based on the provision of medical services, patient outcomes, or certification decisions.
Nothing on this Site should be construed as a direction, recommendation, or endorsement of any particular physician or telehealth service.
Welcome to ArtesiaCannabis.Clinic (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
ArtesiaCannabis.Clinic is an information and marketing website. We provide general information about New Mexico's medical cannabis program under the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act (NMSA 1978, Chapter 26, Article 2B) and facilitate access to third-party telehealth booking services. This Site does not provide medical services, issue certifications, submit state registration applications, render clinical advice, or participate in any clinical decision-making.
We are not a medical practice, pharmacy, dispensary, or healthcare provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the New Mexico Department of Health, its Medical Cannabis Program, the Cannabis Control Division of the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department, or any government agency.
All appointment scheduling services are facilitated through Acuity Scheduling, an independent third-party booking platform. All clinical services are provided solely by independent New Mexico-licensed practitioners who are not employees, agents, or representatives of this Site.
When you book an appointment through this Site, you are scheduling with an independent, third-party practitioner — a practitioner licensed in New Mexico to prescribe controlled substances and approved by the New Mexico Department of Health's Medical Cannabis Program to certify patients. These practitioners are solely responsible for:
We do not supervise, direct, credential, control, or employ any physician. No provider–patient relationship exists between you and ArtesiaCannabis.Clinic.
We do not guarantee that a physician will issue a recommendation, that a state registration application will be approved, that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price, or any specific outcome. Certification decisions are made solely by the independent practitioner, and enrollment decisions are made solely by the New Mexico Department of Health.
Use of this Site is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older, or the parent/legal guardian of a qualifying minor patient. New Mexico residency is required to enroll as a patient; qualified out-of-state patients may apply separately as reciprocal participants. Consult the New Mexico Medical Cannabis Program for current eligibility rules.
Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy disclosed at booking and/or the independent physician's posted policy.
New Mexico does not currently charge a fee to enroll in the Medical Cannabis Program. If the state adopts one, it would be paid directly to the state through its Online Patient Portal — not to this Site. The telehealth consultation fee paid at booking is the only fee collected by this platform.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this Site up to date. Always verify program details at the New Mexico Medical Cannabis Program.
